About
Jasmine Nicole Rush is a U.S. Navy veteran, author, speaker, and creative entrepreneur who uses words and visual storytelling to help people find their voice and share what matters.
She is the author of Help Me Tell: Finding Your Voice After Trauma and Together in the Trenches: 30-Day Devotional for Families Courageously Navigating PTSD. Her writing makes room for honest conversations about trauma, faith, healing, and the experiences of military families.
As founder and CEO of Speaking From the Lens, a veteran- and woman-owned media company, Jasmine creates photography, films, and event content that help speakers, organizations, and business owners communicate their impact. Her approach brings together the emotion of a moment and the purpose behind the story.
Her commitment to service also shapes her work as a veteran advocate, coach, and mentor. She serves as Head of Mentorship for Veteran Social and is developing Speaking Beyond the Lens, a creative learning initiative for autistic young adults.
Across the page, the stage, and behind the camera, Jasmine’s purpose remains consistent: help people recognize the value of their story and use it to create impact and craft legacy.
