Josh White is a retired U.S. Air Force Master Sergeant, military content creator, and founder of HeroFront Media LLC. Over a 20-year military career spanning aircraft maintenance, public health, public affairs, and military leadership, Josh developed a passion for storytelling and connecting people through shared experiences. His service included deployments overseas and recognition as one of Air Force Global Strike Command’s 12 Outstanding Airmen of the Year.
Josh is best known as the creator and host of the award-winning HeroFront Podcast, where he’s interviewed more than 150 military leaders, veterans, entrepreneurs, and public figures. Since launching HeroFront in 2018, his content has reached more than 200,000 podcast downloads across 66 countries and generated over 40 million views across social platforms. His work has been featured in Forbes, and HeroFront was recognized as the 2022 Veteran Podcast of the Year.
His storytelling experience extends beyond podcasting. Josh served as a veteran advisor for cases featured on America’s Most Wanted and was interviewed by John Walsh for the program. He also specializes in short-form video, military humor, interviews, event coverage, and digital storytelling. His multimedia work includes campaigns for major military and veteran events such as the AFSA National Summit, Catalyst of Growth Summit, and Eglin Air Force Ball.
Today, Josh serves as Audience Development Manager for Recurrent Military, where he focuses on content creation, audience engagement, and storytelling for the Military Influencer Conference and MilSpouseFest. He also contributes creative and editorial support to We Are The Mighty, Task & Purpose, and The War Zone on an as-needed basis.
