About
Anna Richardson is the President and CEO of Project R3con, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit expanding access to investigational, U.S.-based stem cell and exosome therapies for current and former Special Operations Forces (SOF) personnel living with traumatic brain injury (TBI). She leads program development, participant intake and case coordination, fundraising, partnerships, and longitudinal outcome tracking.
A U.S. Army veteran and former 68X Behavioral Health Specialist, Anna brings experience in behavioral health, substance use counseling, and administering neuropsychological assessments for individuals with TBI. Her work has included service at Dwight David Eisenhower Army Medical Center and as a Department of Defense civilian at Fort Campbell. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology, a master’s degree in industrial-organizational psychology, and the SHRM-CP credential.
As a military spouse and mother, Anna understands how the effects of service can reach beyond the individual to families and communities. Through Project R3con, she works to remove financial barriers to therapy access while building a coordinated continuum of care that includes travel support, assessments, case management, and follow-up over 12 months.
Anna welcomes opportunities to connect with nonprofit leaders, military advocates, donors, and partners who share a commitment to improving quality of life for the SOF community. Her guiding belief is simple: “Those who can should.”
