I founded 3H Direct as a national business discovery platform within 3H Corps to address a challenge facing veteran and military spouse entrepreneurs: visibility. The platform helps consumers discover businesses across industries and locations, while giving business owners the ability to claim and manage their listings, showcase their products and services, and tell the stories behind their businesses. My work includes developing the business model, platform strategy, brand positioning, and approaches to business acquisition and consumer engagement. We're building a nationwide platform focus

More
I created and produced Citizen Soldier, a nationally released 2016 film chronicling the experiences of Oklahoma Army National Guard soldiers during their deployment to Afghanistan. The project began in 2012 under the working title Bird's Eye View: An Infantry Story. Drawing from my own combat experience, I developed the original concept, wrote the initial synopsis and documentary treatment, and established the narrative vision and structure that would eventually be adapted into the finished theatrical production. My objective was to challenge misconceptions about National Guard soldiers

About

My career has taken me from military operations and executive leadership to entrepreneurship and film production. While those experiences may seem worlds apart, they've reinforced one belief: meaningful opportunities begin when we connect the right people, ideas, and resources.

I've spent nearly two decades serving in the Oklahoma Army National Guard, including more than 14 years on active duty orders, with experience spanning deployments, organizational leadership, talent management, mentorship, and program development. Throughout my military career, I've also built a civilian career in business development, marketing, and organizational leadership. Having a foot in both worlds has shaped how I approach challenges, recognize opportunities, and bring people together.

One of the most meaningful chapters of my professional journey was serving as CEO of the Oklahoma City Black Chamber of Commerce. Working alongside entrepreneurs, corporate leaders, policymakers, and community organizations gave me a firsthand understanding of what it takes to grow businesses, develop partnerships, and create economic opportunities that strengthen communities.

I'm also the producer of Citizen Soldier, the nationally released 2016 film documenting the experiences of Oklahoma Army National Guard soldiers in Afghanistan. Bringing that project to theaters reinforced my belief in the power of storytelling to challenge perceptions, build understanding, and connect audiences with people and experiences they might otherwise never encounter.

Today, I'm the Founder and Principal Strategist of 3H Corps, where I'm bringing those experiences together to develop innovative business solutions. Our work includes 3H Direct, a national business discovery platform connecting consumers with veteran-owned and military spouse-owned businesses, and 3H Consult, where I focus on business development, marketing strategy, organizational growth, and strategic partnerships.

What connects all these experiences is my belief that people should never be reduced to a title, a statistic, or a circumstance. Whether I'm working with entrepreneurs, military service members, community organizations, or business leaders, my approach begins with listening, understanding what matters to them, and finding ways to turn ideas into meaningful results.

I'm always interested in opportunities to collaborate, speak, share experiences, and work alongside people and organizations committed to building something that makes a difference.
