Reden Dionisio is a leadership speaker, executive coach, retired U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officer, and founder of Genuines Coaching & Consulting, where he works with high-performing leaders who want to succeed at work without drifting from what matters most at home. After more than 21 years of leadership in the U.S. Navy, including multiple combat deployments and leading teams in high-pressure environments, Reden saw a pattern that extended far beyond the military: capable, driven leaders rarely struggle because they lack ambition. More often, they drift under the weight of competing priorities, constant demands, and the pressure to perform everywhere at once. Today, Reden equips executives, business owners, military leaders, and organizations with practical leadership alignment systems that reduce overwhelm, sharpen decision-making, strengthen communication, and create more consistent execution without sacrificing family, purpose, or personal well-being. His proprietary Intentional IMPACT Framework™ gives leaders a repeatable process for aligning priorities, making intentional decisions, and leading with greater clarity.
