For me, veteran employment isn't simply about helping someone find their next job. It's about helping people recognize the value of their experience, translate it effectively, and build a career with purpose after military service.

As a Career Transition Specialist, MBA, veteran advocate, mentor, and workforce-development professional, I help veterans, transitioning service members, and military spouses navigate one of the most important transitions of their lives.

Throughout my career and volunteer service, I've worked with organizations committed to strengthening the military and veteran community, including Wounded Warrior Project, Veterati, Florida Veterans Foundation, and others. My experience with Veterati alone included more than 1,000 hours of career mentoring for veterans, transitioning service members, and military spouses.

That work has reinforced something I believe strongly: Veterans don't lack experience. Sometimes they just need help translating that experience into language civilian employers understand.

I also believe employers benefit tremendously when they understand how to identify, recruit, and develop military-connected talent.

That's why my work goes beyond resumes and job applications. I'm passionate about building connections between job seekers, recruiters, employers, veteran-serving organizations, and community partners that create meaningful career opportunities.
