Before You Begin
No account is needed. During the beta the shortlist is stored in this browser on this device: it stays put when you close the tab, but not if you clear your browsing data, use a private window, or switch browsers or computers. Brand accounts with saved, named lists open at public launch in early 2027.
1. Save Creators as You Browse
On any profile, select Save. The button changes to the saved state, a confirmation appears, and the count next to Shortlist in the header goes up.
2. Review and Remove
- Open Shortlist. Each saved creator is listed with their headline and a checkbox.
- Select Remove on anyone who no longer fits. Clear entire shortlist empties it after a confirmation.
3. Select Who to Include
Check Include in brief on each person you want to reach. Select all and Clear selection work on the whole list. If any selected creator is unclaimed, a notice says so.
4. Send One Brief
Fill in the brief form under the list and select Send brief. The team receives it with the creators you included and routes it according to each creator's preferences. See Send an inquiry or brief and Write a useful creator brief.
During the beta, your list isn’t saved to an account. To keep it, send your brief or jot down the names before you clear your browsing data.
What Success Looks Like
The header shows a count next to Shortlist, the Shortlist page lists everyone you saved with a checkbox each, and the brief section shows how many are selected.
Common Problems
- The shortlist is empty on another device. It’s stored per browser. Save again, or wait for brand accounts at public launch.
- You cleared it by accident. There’s no undo. You’ll need to save creators again. (The Saved only toggle in Discover will be empty until you do.)
- Someone on the list is unclaimed. You can still include them; the brief section warns that their participation is unconfirmed.
Questions People Ask
Where is my shortlist stored?
In your browser on this device. It isn’t saved to an account during the beta. Clearing site data, using a private window or another browser starts a new, empty list.
Can my team see my shortlist?
Not yet. Team sharing, named lists and private notes come with brand accounts at public launch in early 2027. You can register interest on the For Brands page.
How many creators can I save?
There’s no limit. A brief works best with a focused list, so select only the people you want to reach.
Does saving someone notify them?
No. Saving is private. Only you can see your list. Creators hear from you only when the team forwards a brief.
